All our prices are fixed and agreed upfront. We scope each project thoroughly before quoting, so the number you receive is the number you pay, no surprises, no change-order invoices unless you request additional scope after sign-off.

Custom means the project scope is complex enough that a standard price wouldn't be fair, either to you or to us. We'll do a discovery call, understand exactly what you need, and send you a written proposal with a fixed price within 48 hours.

Yes, and we recommend it. Clients who engage us across multiple services (e.g. web development + SEO + automation) receive bundled pricing that is more cost-effective than buying each service separately. Ask about bundle rates on your discovery call.

Yes. For projects over $2,000 we offer a split payment structure, typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers, payment is monthly in advance. Longer-term payment plans can be arranged for larger engagements.

Post-launch support covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and technical questions related to the delivered work. It does not cover new feature development. The duration depends on your plan (30–60 days). Extended support retainers are available.

We take on a limited number of projects at a time to maintain quality. Current availability varies, mention your start date on your enquiry and we'll be upfront about whether we can accommodate it or how long the wait is.

All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added to invoices for Australian clients. International clients are not charged GST.
